Vacancy: Graphic Designer

Introduction:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join a
dynamic in-house team based full-time at our Centurion office. This role is perfect for
a creative individual with a strong grasp of brand storytelling, exceptional attention to
detail, and the ability to take design concepts from brief to execution with minimal
supervision.

Job Purpose:
To create impactful and high-quality visual communications across print, digital, and
social media platforms, while ensuring brand consistency and collaborating with
internal teams and external suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum education (essential):
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Information Design

Minimum applicable experience (years):
• 3–5 years (agency or corporate in-house)

Required nature of experience:
• Graphic design experience in a creative agency or corporate in-house team
• Design for large-format print, signage, and corporate collateral
• Social media content creation
• Experience managing print production processes and liaising with supplier

Skills and Knowledge (essential):
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong visual communication and layout design skills
• Understanding of information hierarchy and brand consistency
• Time management and multitasking under pressure

Other:
• Own transport and valid driver’s license
• Basic video editing (advantageous)
• UI or web design experience (advantageous)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Create high-quality design work across signage, print, and digital.
• Translate complex briefs into clear, user-friendly visuals.
• Develop and execute brand-consistent collateral.
• Take ownership of design tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand identity.
• Maintain tone, messaging, and style consistency across all outputs.
• Contribute to the evolution and strengthening of the brand.
• Implement strategic design thinking into visual communications.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines.
• Maintain high standards under time constraints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Prioritise tasks effectively and deliver on time.
• Take initiative and work independently.
• Liaise with print vendors and signage suppliers.
• Oversee production to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Handle printing specifications and materials.
• Quality check final printed outputs.
• Manage reprographics and implementation
• Bring forward-thinking, creative design ideas.
• Share design trends and best practices with the team.
• Collaborate across teams to meet creative goals.
• Provide input to continuously improve brand assets.
• Support peers where required and uphold team culture.
