Vacancy: Senior Talent Consultant

They are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Senior Talent Consultant to lead and support key talent operations, drive exceptional client engagement, and deliver strategic recruitment outcomes across our growing client portfolio.

Job Purpose:

The Senior Talent Consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, managing key client relationships, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. This role requires a blend of recruitment expertise, project management capability, and strong analytical skills to support the business's talent function and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education (essential):

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

 Minimum applicable experience (years):

  • At least 3 years in Talent/HR Consulting Operations or a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role.

 Required nature of experience:

  • Talent delivery, recruitment, or talent acquisition in HR Tech or SaaS environment
  • Project management and process documentation
  • Advanced client relationship and account management
  • Psychometric assessments and background checks
  • SLA management and performance tracking

 Skills and Knowledge (essential):

  • Advanced project management
  • High technical aptitude with multiple platforms
  • Strong data analysis and reporting
  • Psychometric assessments and background screening
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
  • Presentation skills and reporting capabilities

 Other:

  • Bilingual (English + 1 other language)
  • Reliable transport and valid driver’s license
  • Must reside near Centurion or be willing to travel

 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, WEIGHTS AND OBJECTIVES

Client Project Execution (15%)

  • Onboard, lead, and manage Wamly Talent operations and projects
  • Oversee delivery setup and maintain client engagement
  • Support Talent Consultants with onboarding and implementation based on SLA and SOP

 Quality Oversight (30%)

  • Manage and optimise operational delivery and strategy execution
  • Ensure documentation and continuous process improvements
  • Guide team members in alignment with Wamly Talent Operations SOPs

 Client Relationship Management (20%)

  • Manage strategic relationships and ensure proactive client communication
  • Lead client check-ins and feedback sessions
  • Assist consultants with issue resolution and client satisfaction initiatives

 Reporting & Analytics (20%)

  • Compile and maintain reports on timelines, cost, and quality metrics
  • Provide reporting insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent reporting cadence (weekly, quarterly, annually)

Portfolio Ownership, Process Optimisation, and Product Feedback (15%)

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned portfolios
  • Monitor hires and interview-ready candidates
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Relay product feedback and feature needs to the development team
